TONI&GUY Rotterdam is vanaf Centraal Station Rotterdam eenvoudig te bereiken per openbaar vervoer. Neem tram 7 of 20 (halte Museumpark) of tram 8, 21, 23, 25 (halte Beurs). In de straten nabij en voor TONI&GUY Rotterdam geld betaald parkeren en zijn er diverse parkeerplaatsen, in verband met de drukte is het aan te bevelen te parkeren in de nabij gelegen parkeergarage Westblaak. De ingang van de parkeerplaats bevind zich aan de Hartmansstraat 35.
